Teleena and Barablu announce VoIP MVNOsTeleena has been granted 100.000 mobile numbers by the OPTA. Teleena will focus on wholesale services. The company has been founded by former Versatel and Scarlet managers. Barablu will offer free phone calls based on VoIP. The OPTA has granted Barablu with 200.000 mobile numbers.
