T-Mobile NL selective in cooperation with MVNOsIn an interview with TelecomUpdate, Niek-Jan van Damme (ceo T-Mobile Netherlands) states that the wholesale approach of T-Mobile is different than KPN / Telfort. Instead of opening up its network, T-Mobile choses to carefully select its wholesale partners. Van Damme acclaims that this is due to the high investments connected to wholesale deals. Van Damme is especially critical about the operational "hassle" that derives from MVNO deals and to his opinion slows down business processes. T-Mobile wholesale currently has just one MVNO on its network, Lycatel. After the purchase of Orange, three other MVNOs will be added: Rabobank, UPC and IDT.
