KPN takes next step in becoming MVNO in Spain

The Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias has reported that KPN has taken the next step in becoming an MVNO in Spain. Its subsidiary in Spain, E-Plus Moviles, has signed a preliminary agreement with Orange to use its network infrastructure. Furthermore, E-Plus in Spain has been awarded 200.000 mobile numbers. The company has not yet revealed its plans for the Spanish market.
