Lycamobile launches prepaid services in Belgium

Lycamobile will target ethnic minorities and other people who will call abroad to family and friends. The prepaid cards will be distributed from 1000 retail shops starting May 4th. With this MVNO agreement, Mobistar aims to attract a new segment of the market. Lycamobile already has an MVNO agreement in the Netherlands, with T-Mobile. Lycamobile is said to have attractedmore than 150.000 customers in the Dutch market.
