Chippie targets Surinam and Antillean minorities

Chippie is part of United Telecommunications Services (UTS), the main fixed-line and mobile operator of the Dutch Antilles. Chippie offers cheap calling rates both within the Netherlands and to the Dutch Antilles, Aruba and Surinam. Users can also benefit from the "Chippieland" concept, a virtual country where incoming calls are free and outgoing calls have the same cheap rate in all the different member countries. Chippieland consists of nine islands in the Caribbean and the Netherlands, and in soon to be expanded with Surinam and Aruba.
